Current Research:

In my PhD research titled “Overcoming by Degrees”, I am exploring the impact of widening participation measures designed to improve care leavers’ experiences of higher education. In particular, I am considering the impact of the Frank Buttle Trust Quality Mark, awarded to higher education institutions demonstrating a commitment to care leavers.
