The Department of Chemistry offers a wide range of both postgraduate taught and postgraduate research programmes. The Department welcomes applications from International Students to its postgraduate taught and research based programmes Postgraduate taught programmes (MSc)The department offers a range of Master of Science programmes. Core skills needed by both analytical chemists and pharmaceutical scientists are studied, together with a flexible choice of topics in Medicinal Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science, Analytical Chemistry and Environmental Science. The department also administers the cross-faculty interdisciplinary MSc in Environmental Studies. MSc entry qualificationHonours degree in chemistry or related subject with a substantial chemistry content. Other qualifications may also be considered if the candidate has relevant industrial experience.
