Owned by Loughborough University, CASCAiD is committed to providing innovative tools which inspire career choices. CASCAiD products contain the highest quality information which is independently researched and continually updated plus a unique system of matching which creates personalised results.
PRODUCT
CASCAiD produces a suite of products to support Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) from age 11 to Adults.
CASCAiD products are used in around 70% of UK secondary schools and colleges, in Further and Higher Education Institutions, throughout Connexions/Careers Services and in a range of guidance and employment support services.
Launchpad is designed to be used with Key Stage 3 students to introduce the world of work and to help prepare them for making choices about GCSE and Diploma subjects.
Kudos inspires 13-19 year olds to explore their future options by identifying the careers which match their interests and aspirations. Careerscape provides a complete information resource for both young people and adults on education, training and careers. Careerscape includes UCAS course data and videos highlighting career and education options. Adult Directions is designed to help adults of all ages and abilities explore their employment options by helping them match their skills and interests to careers. MyJobsMatch provides a complete online solution for anyone seeking a new job or considering a career change. In addition to the domestic market, CASCAiD also works worldwide with guidance partners and has developed bespoke solutions for nationwide guidance tools in the United States, Canada, Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, Belgium, Denmark, Sweden, Ireland and Scotland.
FORWARD STRATEGY
CASCAiD continues to be committed to supporting careers guidance and educational professionals by providing resources which support the delivery of CEIAG. The growth in popularity of area wide guidance systems is enabling CASCAiD to provide integrated web services which embed seamlessly into customers’ websites.
CASCAiD is also developing a range of resources to help teachers deliver the new Diploma subjects.
